Dr. Jamal Al-Harbi ( 1961 - ); Former Kuwaiti Minister of Health , He holds a medical degree and a doctorate from the University of Aachen Dusseldorf , Germany in 1996 in ear, nose, throat, head and neck surgery. He also obtained postgraduate studies in plastic and reconstructive surgery of the face, and before that h obtained a bachelor’s degree in medicine and surgery from the college property in Dublin , Ireland in 1987.
